Weekly Business Lesson #9: The 6 Pillars of Entrepreneurship.

This week, I’ve been digging into the book Man Up by Bedros Keuilian—and it’s changing how I think about leadership, business, and growth.
If you want to be the kind of entrepreneur that builds something meaningful (and lasting), it’s not just about strategy or hustle.
It’s about who you’re becoming.
Here are the 6 Pillars of Entrepreneurship I’m working to implement in my life and business at Duke Detailing:
Self-Discipline – Become the best version of yourself; it all starts with you.
Communicate Clearly – Say what you mean, mean what you say, and lead with clarity.
Be Decisive – Overthinking slows momentum. Make the call.
Be Emotionally Resilient – Business will test you. You’ve got to stay grounded.
Have a Clear Vision – Know where you’re going and why it matters.
Build a Great Team – You can’t grow alone. Surround yourself with the right people.
These aren’t just ideas—they’re disciplines I’m building into my daily mindset.
Because the truth is: "You don’t rise to the level of your goals—you fall to the level of your systems and standards."
If you're thinking about starting a business—or want to become a better leader—read this book. And more importantly: live it out.
