Weekly Business Lesson #7: Set the Right Goals. Know the Path.

One thing I’ve learned building Duke Detailing is that hard work without direction can feel like running on a treadmill—busy, tired, but not really getting anywhere.
That’s why this week’s focus has been on setting clear, appropriate goals for the business.
Not just vague dreams like “make more money” or “get more clients”…
But real, intentional targets:
✅ How many clients do I want this month?
✅ What systems do I need to build this quarter?
✅ What does growth actually look like in this season?
Because without a path, it's easy to burn out.
The right goals give you clarity, focus, and motivation.
It’s not about creating pressure—it’s about creating purpose.
So if you’re building something right now, ask yourself:
📌 What am I aiming for?
📌 Does this goal actually move my business forward?
📌 Am I following a path, or just winging it?
