FAQs

Do you need access to my water or electricity?

Nope! We are fully mobile and fully self-service which means we bring our own water and electricity, so we do not need a hose or extension cord. We bring a quiet generator and try to keep noise to a minimum so no matter where we are, we don’t disturb others around us and just give your vehicle a great clean!

How long does a typical detailing service take?

The time a service takes depends on the service. Here is the estimated time for each of our services:

New Car Reset: 2-3 hours

Executive Transformation: 5 hours

Concierge Maintenance Detail: 90 minutes or less

We strive to be as efficient and fast a possible without sacrificing quality. We are constantly trying to cut down time and get your vehicle cleaner faster!

Can you work at apartments, parking garages, or offices?

Yes! We can detail anywhere and everywhere. Since we bring our own water and power, we can detail in a driveway, parking garage, work parking lot, at the gym, and anywhere else you leave your car.

Are there additional charges for things like pet hair or heavy stains?

Everything is included in the price listed above. We don’t charge any extra fees unless the mess will take us much longer to clean up. However, your technicians will go over that with you before we start the detail once we can take a closer look at the vehicle. We avoid charging anything extra as much as possible, so what you see is what you get.
